UPS Customer Center

I order a lot of things which are delivered usually via UPS. Today I had a package I was waiting on and Rusty showed up and apologeticly didn't have the package. There was some sort of mix up. He went above and beyond and drove back up to Robertsdale to pick it up and brought it all the way back to Gulf Shores at 830 at night. His customer service is absolutely outstanding. Thank you so much Rusty. I really do appreciate your kindness.
