Had appraisal done and she appraised our home and land 9 thousand dollars less than an appraisal we had done 10 years ago ..which a new master suite has been added since the first appraisal . She stated ours was well maintained and up kept very well ... Own 8 1/2 acres and very large pond in back yard but compared it to a house that recently sold with only 4 acres no pond no outside buildings ... If you want to sell or just refinance I would not recommend this one ... A run through hurry up and get to the next job with a very low appraisal value
