Matthews Towing & Body Shop

Owner is very rude... when I called his company to ask about the overprizing on a tow job, I was happy to know I was actually talking to the owner at first thinking he would give good customer service, I was so wrong! He was not even listening to what I was trying to tell him, he kept yelling at me saying I AM THE OWNER and those are my prices I sent a $100,000 truck out to tow your vehicle, I decided I didn't want to be yelled at anymore and paid him... After reading my review, he called me back... I was thinking he was calling to apologize or at least making it right. Well I was so wrong again! He called me to yell at me for the review that I had posted here on my bad experience. Needles to say I do not recommend using this company.
