My Uncle died recently and I ordered flowers thru 1800flowers who used Magnolia Place. Magnolia sent a plant instead of the Fields of Europe flower arrangement that I ordered. Magnolia did NOT call me, nor 1800 flowers to okay this. Magnolia instead called my AUNT to ok the change. When I complained about the situation, Magnolia again called the recepient, my Aunt, to ask if she like the plant. How DARE they.
In my opinion I would not use this florist due to the rudeness shown to my family during a sensitive time.
Oh, the reason a plant was sent instead of my flower arrangement....they had no fall flowers in stock. Please........
