Sad to say because I live in Homewood and generally try and support local business. I asked attendant not to use any sort of safety pins on my clothing. Sure enough they disregarded my instructions. To make it worse, I think he is one of the owner's sons, was a nasty little punk when I went in to question why. I suppose they are doing so well they do not care about losing a customer.
In the same transaction, I picked up a Brooks Brothers oxford and there was some sort of orange stain on it. Guy got an attitude when issue was brought up. I have been there enough to say this - staff is comprised of arrogant people who take personally any sort of customer service issue brought before them. I steer all my friends and family to Monarch. Once they make the switch they tell me they should have done so years ago.
