A & H stole my cellphone. I left my phone to be repaired a month ago as of 8-8-12. My name and phone number were attatched to my phone by one of the store associates. The shop never called me back. I called and visited multiple times before I was told to ask for the one they called "bossman." Today I showed up to retrieve my phone. "bossman" was finally here this time. After pretending to search for my phone for 20 minutes, he hands me a scratched & chewed up phone of the same model and tells me it was mine. My phone simply had water damage, the body was in excellent condition. I asked him if he scratched it while attempting to repair it; he then takes offense and insinuates I'm just trying to get a phone of better condition. At this point he just keeps repeatedly shouting at me, that, that is indeed my phone, until I give up and leave his shop. Yet, the serial number from my box does not match up. "bossman" used to run a BP at the corner of Winchester rd. and north m.Pkway, that also did cell repair, until he was forced to close, due to disreputable business practices. Had I known that, I would've never taken my phone to this shop. Please be weary.
