I used to get great service at this car wash. But for about the past six months their customer service and performance has been seriously lacking. I have gone there repeatedly and have been unable to do the full-service wash because apparently it is down? I would not go there and get a car wash at all if the full service was down. Of course they do not inform you of this until you were stuck in the line and the option is not available on the screen. I actually asked one of the employees this time and they said the full service was down. After I got the car wash that I would not have paid for if I had known this as I'm exiting the wash I look to the full service area and there are about 20 employees washing and drying and cleaning out vehicles. I do not know how 20 people can be a system that is apparently down. I called as soon as I left and spoke to someone who did not identify themselves and they confirmed that the system was down. This makes no sense to me. I did suggest that they put a sign out front that informs people that the full service system a.k.a. people are down or refusing to work or whatever the issue is. But they should let people know before they get stuck in the line that certain services are not available.
