D & J is not the company that you want repairing you appliances. The service repair technician came out 3 time to repair my Samsung washer and just guessed at the parts that needed replacing, he replaced my struts first and said that should fix the shacking and knocking around that my machine was making. But it didn't. Then my springs & the bellows gasket was replaced by the same tech and he said that that would fix the problem. But it didn't. Then the tech tells me that he didn't know what exactly was going on with my washer since it was still doing the same thing as it was before. He started guessing at several other things that might be going on that didn't make any since. Well your machine should shake a little bit is the stuff he started saying. After his first 3 visits he told my warranty company that there is something between the inner and outer tubs and that it will need a new locknut that's why the machine is having the issues. Then I get a call from D & J saying that my spider arm is broke due to rust and/or erosion. warranty does not cover rust or erosion, but my question is how can you diagnose this without taking it apart or should he have done this before just throwing parts at it hoping that would fix the problem. Worse repair company that I have ever experienced.. And then on top of that they want to charge me $220 to come back out and diagnose my washer by taking it apart now, something he should have done in the first place
