If you love being locked into a gym contract by a billing company, go for it! Then they won't let you cancel any other way than going in or by letter but you can only do that if you account is caught up. Well I've emailed my cancellation several times and they just keep adding months. This is what happens with gyms that use billing companies. If someone wants to cancel, let them cancel. I asked to cancel 8 months ago and they wouldn't let me and they keep adding the monthly charge on every month now because I'm not paying all of it because I haven't been in 8 months. I'm not doing it. And I can't cancel until it's current. Sorry YouScam. I'm not paying for something I didn't use and have told you that multiple, many, many times. Good luck. Not a good way of doing business but good luck to you.
