The owner of the shop is very rude and unprofessional. What happened to the customer is always right. Just because you own your business doesn't mean that you can mistreat people. Selling Nike (KNOCK OFF) sneakers for name brand prices plus more isn't fair to the public. As well as knock off Michael Kors/Coach purses. When you inform her that something is wrong with the item YaYa refuses to give refunds back on items. Why?????? A pack of synthetic braiding hair in a regular hair store ranges anywhere from a $1 to $5 per pack. They sell the same hair for 3 to 5 times more. Why???? And Ya Ya, is rude, disrespectful and she's a "BULLY" This business owner actually cursed me out and shoved me out of her store because I wanted a refund on a specific items, that I had taken a picture of as well. There is no justice....
