They did a terrible job on getting me a decent amount on my taxes back. Charged me 178 just to file a short form, I have no dependents nothing to file on my taxes, Ik I didn't have health insurance and was fined for that, but getting over charged for something that's free some places is outrageous. Iv been a respectable customer never miss a payment and the only reason I went to world is because they told me they could probably get me back more than what the other places could. But no I make more in a week then what you gave me back I mean seriously come on don't tell someone that you could get them back something and not come through with your word.
