The lady in the bakery was not helpful AT ALL. They didn't have much for options. All I wanted was chocolate cake with chocolate icing, they ONLY had vanilla icing. It was absolutely ridiculous. The lady had an attitude from the moment she got on the phone, being sure to let me know she was going to have to "drop the phone and bake the cake" to be able to do it. I had a question regarding payment and asked to speak to someone above her who might know the answer to my question. At this point she hung up on me. I called right back and she answered "I asked and we can't do that." I'm pretty sure she didn't ask anyone. She sure didn't let me speak to a manager. Not professional at all. I'm disappointed, as this is my home town.
