Excellent and superior Customer Service. The NIGHT Manager whom drives the Black Mercedes is always polite and exhibits that of a General Manager. She has a beautiful smile and welcoming personality. Sorry, did not get her name but, she replaced a mean for me weeks ago and I returned last night and she remembered me and exhibited the same superior service. Wendy's should consider having her represent the company for standards like she practices across the board.

Water in restroom sink didn’t work, no paper towels in dispenser. My son and I tell one staff member who did nothing about it. Freestyle Coke machine was out of most flavors and wasn’t restocked. Both ketchup dispensers were out. All the while the manager “Larry” was sitting at a table looking at his laptop. Food was fine, though.

The burger was ok fries were warm not hot as advertised I didn't want to say anything to the short burgundy hair cashier because it was clear that she didn't want to be bothered, as she was colder than the soda machine
