My wife and I have had only 2 appointments with Dr. Waples; but, I can tell you right now this doctor is first class. He has an excellent staff which gives him the support he needs to operate at this high level. He does not keep you waiting an excessive amount of time. He is well organized with a highly trained staff and he will shoot straight with you. He does not pull punches. I think the key to my opinion of this doctor is his highly trained staff and his organization. He has great quality help; but, he deserves credit for all of this. He set it up and controls it. He knows what to delegate to his staff and what to handle himself. That is the reason he does not keep you waiting an excessive amount of time.
