Dakota took about a half an hour to educate me and make sure my vape was in good shape. I went in with a used vape knowing nothing about the hobby, I explained I was using it as a means to quit and much to my surprise I was I educated in the proper cleaning, calibration and usage of my vape followed by flavor and juice type reccomendations that perfectly fit what I wanted when I didn't know how to describe it. A perfect example of both a buisness and an employee going beyond to take care of their customers. My patronage has been earned twice over.
