Worthless postal service. They were supposed to receive a package from Birmingham and eventually deliver it from their site. Either they received it and just lost it or could've been mail theft. I lost $600 worth of an item in the package that I shipped to a buyer. Eventually had to refund $600 and that item is lost forever. Employees can't even do the BARE MINIMUM and give me direct answers to what could have happened. So incompetent. That's probably why yall work at a post office.
