I have never had them try to upsell or pressure me to have extra work done, in fact quite the opposite. Steve tells me what the priorities are, and then the options. This is my mechanic now. In fact, I almost didn't want to leave a review cause I did not want to get too popular, but figured I owed it to them for being so awesome.
