I was very disappointed with this U-Haul location. My one star rating stems from work not being completed in a timely manner and reluctancy of the operator to remedy a problem. Let me elaborate: my accord was having a trailer hitch installed and the installation took over 4 hours! This is obviously irksome but the worst part was that the operator installing the hitch seemed unenthusiastic about fixing the root cause, which was that the u bolt broke. Thankfully she drove over to the other U-Haul in town to get another part, but didn't readily offer to do that. Instead, she tried to put off the installation to the next day. I would avoid this location!
