Truckworx Kenworth - Thomasville

Takes for ever to get something done. People can't make appointments for breakdowns and they don't seem to be in any kind of a hurry to help get your problem solved. Also they expect some to wait in the drivers lounge while it's ok for others not to while your truck is in the shop. I can see where service is affecting sales for sure because who wants to spend a dime on a truck when you can't get the service you need when something goes wrong. But, on a positive note, the people at the Mack dealership up the road love the job you are doing Truckworx so keep it up. Their sales are through the roof.

Lazy people with bad attitudes are everywhere at this dealership. The manager is a flat out liar that will lie to your face knowing that he is telling a story. From what I understand, this attitude comes from their home office in Birmingham... The owner Will Bruiser is also a liar that only promotes his close friends & almost his entire family works there now. They lost my business & respect when they fired my salesman for no reason, and he was the only thing good they had going for them. They won't be around much longer in Thomasville anyway.
