The water is filled with epsom salts which is good for removing lactic acid from sore muscles. While floating, it's impossible not to feel relaxed. You are a cork on the water, it's impossible to sink. They have a foam collar for your head and a spray bottle of water to clear your eyes or mouth should you get any of the salty water in your mouth or eyes. A personal shower allows you to clean the water off after the float. You definitely feel different after a float. It's a unique experience.
