Tire Engineers

Very disappointed. First off it took two hours when I was told it would take an hour at most. And no one came to check on me to let me know there was a delay. I had to go looking for someone at an hour and a half. I feel like they forgot about me and it would have taken even longer if I didn't find someone. I guess the guy who checked me in just left and didn't bother to pass along any information. And the guy I got to check me out didn't seem to know what he was doing. Didn't know what oil I had and didn't give me the discount I was supposed to get. Then to top it off when I got in my car they had left the dirty floor paper in there. Will be looking somewhere else next oil change.

They did a great job on my Nissan rogue when I heard a rattling. The best part was they were transparent and affordable.
