I had a short chat with the manager about my problem and he had his mechanic fix it immediately. It was a fairly invasive exaust problem that involved cutting and welding a part on, but it was done in less than half an hour. He also told me that I wouldn't need a part that I was prepared to buy from him, which in my experience is a first from a mechanic. Highly recommend.
