On their site I saw a bogo deal. So I go to the store, cause it was out of stock online. When I try to check out, the cashier says, "hold on. I need somebody else to do this." The person of higher authority (manager, I guess) comes over and says, "We don't do buy one get one here." And walks away without any more explanations! I was showing the proof to the cashier, and she didn't know what to do. On the website, it didn't say the deal wasn't in store. It said it was available in store! So basically the sale didn't exist I guess! If you can't order it online and can't buy it in the store, what's the point of having the sale! But the manager walked away without explaining! I feel that Target needs to seriously work on PR and customer service. They also had no checkout lanes open, only customer service. Which as I just said before is something they really need to work on!
