Terrible experience here. These stores should not be in business and AT&T needs to find a better way to sell phones. I had already placed my order and only went to pick it up, and I was told next person in line had been waiting almost an hour, and my wait would be longer. When I tried to call ahead to make sure this wouldn't happend, they didn't answer the phone. If the manager could take the time to slowly check me in, he had plenty of to hand me the phone I had already ordered. If stores like this want to survive, they need to find a way to be competitive and convenient. I would not wait an hour in a store for any other product, and I won't do that for a phone.
