Terrible customer service. There was only one associate working and he never got out of his chair (near the back of the store). My daughter dropped her phone in some water and as soon as I told him this, he immediately said, "file an insurance claim". When I told him I didn't have the insurance he said, "well you can pay off the phone and buy a new one". I explained to him that my daughter's phone worked fine it was just her ringer adjust buttons were not working properly. He said there was nothing they could do then. This guy never asked me for my information and made no attempt to help in any way. I pay a lot of money to AT&T for my daughter's phone and expect better customer service. Worst experience ever at this location.
