Stayed there for 3 months when they clean the room the do not even vacuum. I asked to use one on cleaning cart n it did not even work. I got one from my parents n vacuumed on carpet like 4 or 5 times n it looked so much cleaner. When we got or room it had roaches we pulled out the refrigerator and omg so many roaches it was disgusting. Side of the refrigerator n microwave was black. I had to do a deep clean. My husband is ocd n we was scrubbing paint off walls bc it was so nasty. I checked n w my husband and son who was 2 at the time and told them my 8year old would be there as well. They gave us a room that had 1 bed n room smelled like pot and when i went down n told them they found it funny n said yea cleaning lady said it did so i guess ut never crossed their mind to air out room and/or spay. 30 minutes after i got the room the below me started calling saying my child who was 2 was stomping. My kids r very good so nect night called security my husband opens the door we r laying n bed watching a movie. Daughter was laying beside me n son was playing in the floor not being loud the security appologized. The washer sucks i had 3 out of the 4 going and lets just say i had to take the to my parents bc they were still dirt n to top it off they would not reimburse me n told me to call number on washing machine thats not their problem. I let my kids stay a lot w my parents a lot bc i felt bad making them come that dump. I feel like i should have been paid to stay there corprate never emailed me back offered money back or free stay for a week or month never even said f u.
