I've lived here over a year because it was near my job and boasted a gym membership. This place has the most ineffective front office I've ever encountered. My mail has been stolen constantly and the only thing they tell me is they cant do anything about it...but they sit right next to the mailboxes...and the customer service is terrible. How do you not know any knowledge about the questions I ask? The women at the front are sweet but Ethel rather tell you how to talk than actually help with a situation. Biggest regret ever. Place lied to us about gym membership and the staff up front is poorly trained to deal with disgruntled people .They rather brush you off and laugh. idk how Ethel even has a job there...she literally makes no oz of effort. I do not recommend this place. I cant wait to leave.
