Summer Courtyard Apartments

I'm 7 months into my lease. If ur getting back on ur feet it's a nice place. Lights are included on rent. Staff is friendly. Iv never had any problem. Pet friendly just wish everyone picked up after their dog. New management recently. They build a fenced in area for dog to be in witout a lease by the picnic area and grills. Only 1 bedrooms are offered. A small 1 bedroom (450sq ft) I belive and large 1 bedroom (alil over 500 sq ft) I belive. That would b my only down side to them. Their pretty small apts.
