I come in to the Jacksonville subway all the time. The past three times I have been in the customer service is absolutely terrible. I love the food, but the workers seem to hate their job and are VERY rude. I just left the location and the employee didn't say hello at all, she checked her phone to see what time it was. She didn't even ask me what I wanted she just stared at my fiancé and I. I asked if they had any cookies she replied with no. That's literally the only thing she said the whole time I was there. Love subway but this location is terrible. Will be calling to speak with the manager because the past three times I have left very frustrated with how rude they are.
