The lady who took mine and my husbands order waited until after we paid, and sat down to let us know that they were out of cookie dough. Which was a main ingredient in the cookie monster combo. Instead of asking us if we wanted a different combo in its place, she just said she can add mnms or chocolate chips to our order instead. Neither of which i like, but being as i had already paid $7.99 for a large combo, i asked for the chocolate chips in mine and my husband did the same. We didn't get upset about it until she did the same thing to two other customers that came in after us. So, she knew when we placed our orders that they were already out. She just didn't say a word. Not to mention that, when we went to pay, she turned the screen to us after swiping our card, for us to select a tip amount to give her. It was 15%,20%,or 25%. She wasn't even the one who brought us our food. She was only checking us out, and we were forced to at least tip her 15% of a ticket that was supposed to be $17.58. She didn't even give me a receipt either. Not to mention, the cookie monster that we ordered was really bland. Probably would've been better if we had the cookie dough that was supposed to be in it, but my husband and I are not going back to find out.
