My appointment was scheduled for this Thursday. Today is Monday and no one called to tell me that the entire office would be out on a disaster relief effort. I wouldn't have known except for the fact that I called to ask a question about my scheduled service this morning.
Although its great that the company is helping out....no one attempted to communicate with me. In addition, to my appointment being canceled with no notification, it is now my responsibility to call all of the ServPros in the Huntsville / Madison area to see who might have some employees still in town. The company took no initiative to help me find an office. So I'm on my own and never mind my schedule of needing this done by the end of the week, never mind customer service and common courtesy, never mind making it right.
