It has been almost a month and my washer is still not working!!! Still have not got the part to do the repair. They say is will be at least another week. This is crazy!!! No on has that many clothes to go that long without a washer. What is bad, no one seems to care!!! Sears service has really went down. I have kept service contracts for over 25 years and it is at its lowest point now!! I have been a loyal customer up to this point. I think I will try Lowes when my contracts run out if service does not improve!!! I have contract on everything is my house.
