I've been going there off and on for years and I agree with the others-never judge a book by the cover. I can't understand the term "Scary." The shop is in a home set back from the road an while not in a fancy garden or having a cutesy setting, it's a great shop with lovely, helpful people. The only reason it's an occasional visit for me is that it's over 90 miles from my home and would shop there when visiting friends in the area.
