I was left in the massage chair for almost 25 minutes before anyone got to me and they weren't even busy. My water had already gotten cold by the time they got started on me and while he was doing my pedicure, a lady came over and started on my manicure in the pedicure chair. I smudged my nail polish on 2 nails by accident do to being worked on and she sighed at me and proceeded to have the worst attitude towards me! When he was working on my cuticles he got so rough he made my big toe bleed. When he got to the massaging, he was so rough he left a big red mark even after the towels came off. When he painted my toes, he put clear coat all on my skin and didn't bother to wipe away the messy nail polish. I had to ask 3 times to get glitter polish off my finger that the female got on me. Would not recommend to ANYONE!!!!
