The people working here are hit and miss as far as their customer service skills. But, I love the Sam's club app. You can scan as you put items in your cart. Hit check out and your credit card will process the payment. No waiting in line to check out. Just show the door person your phone. Awesome since the worse part of shopping for me is waiting in the long lines.
