One of the worst experiences I have had with flooring. We needed to carpet our bedroom and closet after the washing machine flooded our closet. First, the carpet we chose was "in production" so we were offered the more expensive version of that carpet. Then we were scheduled to have the flooring installed on a Friday morning. By 3 in the afternoon we had heard nothing. My husband called numerous times and finally we were told someone was willing to come out but he would be alone so we would need to help move the furniture. My husband started to disassemble our bed and then we were called again and told the installer had suddenly quit. Finally we were rescheduled for the following Monday morning. At 9:15 we were told the installer was on his way. He finally showed up at 10:30. It took them until 5 in the afternoon to carpet one room, and they left my house a wreck. They did not clean up all the excess carpet fibers from cutting the carpet, and they replaced the furniture on top of the mess. It took us over 2 hours to clean up the mess they left. I would definitely not recommend this business to anyone.
