What a wonderful women I spoke to on the phone, I live in PA and my mother lives down in EastaBoga. She took all my info over the phone. And made a wonderful bouquet for her for mother's day. Really disappointing experience with Pinson Flowers. Ordered a beautiful Christmas centerpiece for my mother thorough 1800 Flowers and Pinson was the selected florist. What was delivered was so far from what was pictured, I was embarrassed when I saw the pictures she sent. The customer service that followed was equally embarrassing. When I complained to 1800 Flowers, Pinson picked up the arrangement from my mother and promised to remake it when they "got what they needed in stock". That never happened and the florist never once apologized for the problem. I've finally resolved the issue though 1800 Flowers but I would never select this florist given a choice.
