I went through the car wash in my new car. When I came out I noticed my right head light was scratched up and small scratches on the right door. I told the attendants. They took pictures and I did as well. Wrote up the incident report. The onsite adjuster on University called me. He was VERY RUDE, DENIED THE DAMAGES AND REFUSED TO PAY. MY NEW CAR IS STILL DAMAGED AND NOTHING WAS EVER DONE ABOUT IT. I advise anybody and everybody to only take your car through thier wash if u don't car about it getting scratched up. They are VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.
