Red Lobster

The wife and I went to Red Lobster last night after going to the movies. We expected the usual 10 to 30 minute wait but we pleasantly surprised. The food was good, pretty much the same you'd expect from any other Red Lobster location. However, the thing that set this experience apart was the service. We've been coming to this location around once a month for years. When we have a waiter named Carlos we know that he'll deliver. We were pleased to see him. He is always personable, polite, and anticipated our needs. He actually remember what we drank and how we liked our salads though he hasn’t waited on us in several months. I’ve seen had friends go with us who’ve commented that they felt like they were eating at a more upscale restaurant because of the service.
