HOME OWNER BEWARE!!! When we first started working with Real Estate Services of Dothan AKA Dothan Rentals they appeared to be willing to go above and beyond to take care of our home. The staff was so sweet and welcoming! However, we very quickly learned they told us what we wanted to hear. They lied to us on multiple occasions about things that were inspected and about repairs that were made. The didn't follow the terms of the lease we drew up with them for our tenants and they charged us for repairs they told us were being billed to the tenant. When they were called out on these issues they terminated our contract effective immediately. They broke their own managers agreement by not providing us with written 30days notice. We had to make an emergency trip into town only to discover water damage to our hardwood floors that we were never informed about (they had just completed a move out inspection) along with other damages that were not reported. They also charge to our monthly statement for repairs that were not actually completed. I took pictures of all damages that were not noted in their inspection and sent it to them via email. I quickly received an email back from the broker stating if I contacted them again he would file charges against me for harassment. RUN!!! And run fast! I wish I could post pictures to the review. I also want to note that a large chunk of the 5 star reviews they have on their FB page are from their very own employees!!!!
