I blame mostly their system which is an absolute distrust, disrespect and torture towards their customers.
It is more than 3 weeks and they are still evaluating my file and every time they delay it for a few more days for example to find out if my car lease payment for less than $130 per month is monthly or semi-monthly.
I have already canceled my purchase agreement.
