Just take my advice o/o this is not where it's at. Company drivers idk but I know as a o/o I want to be able to maintain my truck, build my business, and support my family. None of those things are possible here. Unethical business. they will steal the money in escrow from you when you leave. The justification makes no sense, but I would waste more than the $1500 they owe in court to fight it.
