PROSPER Orange Beach

I can’t speak on the new company (DLP Realty) that bought The Columns, but we lived there for 4 years and never had any issues. Spacious apartment, spacious balcony, quick and friendly maintenance, and most importantly friendly office staff. Debbie always went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of and we appreciate her so much. I definitely recommend these apartments. I’m giving them 4 stars just because the walls tend to be pretty thin but hey that’s most apartments for you.
