KAREN the MANAGER at PINE RIDGE APARTMENTS is EXTREMELY RUDE & UNPROFESSIONAL. I turned my application in during the holidays, left a voicemail and never got a call back. Called her this morning and she tells me my application is "A HOT MESS" and I will just have to find other housing. Because I couldn't get certain info at the time cause its tax time??? She was very short with me and unconcerned. She also hung up on my boyfriend. She judged me as soon as I walked through the door. Terrible! BAD BUSINESS!! I am very offended.
