The lack of professionalism in every associate. Saltwater is a disgrace. Ich, algae and cyanobacteria over run the tanks. People running the salt section are young kids that do not have a clue what they are doing and have no sense of retail business. If you do not have fish, you will never sale them. It is a impulse buy. The Gadsden location really needs to rethink how aquatics are managed. They don't even have meds for ich, which I got from their tanks. I would like to do business in Gadsden, but have to go to the petco off 280 in Birmingham.
