Seriously, the BEST used car place I have been to!!! Delores and her husband are some of the nicest and most honest people I have ever done business with!! I just purchased my second vehicle from Pelham Imports, and I knew after having my first car from them for 3 years and having no major issues with them I had to come back. My 09 Toyota Yaris that I purchased in 2013 still runs perfectly and I am in love with my 2015 Ford Escape that I just got! It really is a place where what you see is what you get. Initially I was nervous because I bought my first car out of college from them and I went shopping by myself and not one time did I feel like they were trying to take advantage of me. You are free to walk around and check out cars and test drive vehicles you are interested without any pressure to buy. It is a happy and low stress (not to mention affordable) way to streamline a process that can often be unpleasant. Honestly would give a 10/10 and I highly recommend them to anyone who is interested in a used car!!!

The old man there was very rude. We entered and welcomed us but later not so much. Snatched keys out of our hands and said leave without doing anything wrong. We just tried to explain that the car didnt have hot air working correctly and kicked us out.Was negotiable though.
