Its a nice and relatively clean public parking garage. The price for 0- 1 hr is $4 and then it progressively goes up to $8 then $12 for 12 hours and so on and so forth. It is cheaper to park on the street but I feel its a bit safer to park here then in one of the outside lots or on street metered parking if you are planning on spending a long time down town. So in summery clean and safe parking but pricey if staying for a short time. Its all relative I guess, in some big citys parking would be a flat $25 fee (NYC, Philly, DC etc...)
