Panera Bread

I've been ordering food for carry out for some time now and my past 4 orders have had something missing. On my last order the bag was missing an entire soup for a pick 2 and they gave me the wrong broth bowl. Tried to call the restaurant and contact the manager directly did not get anybody. Not sure why but the quality of my experiences here have gone down drastically. The worst part about it was when I went to pick up my order the place was not busy at all, atleast with dine in customers.
