Dear Tuscaloosa Location When a customer calls and checks the availiability of a product that your store sells, Your employees should never tell them "The best thing you can do sir is come in and look for it or make an excuse to not do their job" So being so moved by this employees lack of customer service skills, i hang up and called the Northport Location and a young lady by the name of Britney answered and she listened to the same question. She said me "Do you have the item #, then asked me to hold on and in a matter if a couple of minutes she returned to inform me that the item i was looking for was available and the price. Now i will countinue to shop at both locations but most of my business will be done at the Nothport Location. Thank you Britney for doing your job at making you customers feel valuable.
