Tried to eat here today and my experience was horrible. This was my second time eating here after having a horrible experience a couple of years ago for my first time as well. My boyfriend's food was okay, but my pasta was very dry, no seasoning, had a horrible plate presentation just an overall no for me. The waiter (Lambert) asked how everything was and I told him I had an issue with my pasta and he instantly got an attitude and said that he didn't see anything wrong with it so he's not going to send it back and demanded that we pay for it. My fiancé then asked for a manager and he also acted or addressed the issue in an unprofessional manner. The motto of O'charleys clearly states that the company strives for high customer satisfaction. I have worked in the restaurant business as a server myself for going on 4 years now and the so called "service" in which I experienced today was no where near satisfactory and I would never treat any of my guests in such a way.
